Caritas Homa Bay operates in two Counties of Homa Bay and Migori with the head office in Homa Bay within St. Paul’s Catholic Cathedral church compound next to the Diocesan Secretariat with three satellite offices in Rangwe, Ndhiwa and Rachuonyo North Sub counties.
